Oliver Attwater

Portfolio Manager

Oliver joined Tura Capital in 2024 and is Portfolio Manager for the Tura Capital Global Small & Mid Cap Fund.

Oliver has more than 13 years investment experience and prior to joining Tura Capital spent 3 years as a global equities Portfolio Manager at Robeco, based in Rotterdam, where he was jointly responsible for 8.4bn EUR.

Prior to Robeco, Oliver spent 10 years at British Airways Pension Investment Management Limited as a Portfolio Manager and Head of US Equities, based in London.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and is a CFA Charter holder.

James Macdonald

Investment Analyst

James joined Tura Capital in 2023 as an Investment Analyst and is responsible for investment research of global small and mid-cap companies. James has over 5 years of global investment experience.

Prior to joining Tura Capital, James spent over 4 years as an Investment Analyst at Magellan Financial Group, researching Financial companies for the Global Equity strategies and conducting global macro research for the Global Equity and Infrastructure strategies. Previously, James commenced his career as a Graduate at AMP Capital in Sydney.

James holds a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours).

Andrew Fincher

Senior Investment Analyst

Andrew joined Tura Capital in 2023 as Senior Investment Analyst and is responsible for investment research of global small and mid-cap companies. Andrew has over 17 years of global investment experience across multiple countries, industries, investment products and markets.

Prior to joining Tura Capital, Andrew was an Investment Analyst at Magellan Financial Group. Previously, Andrew spent over 14 years with global investment bank J.P. Morgan, including 4 years in European Equity Research based in London, and 5 years in Global Equity Research Sales, based in New York.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance).

Brad Partridge

Portfolio Manager

Brad joined Tura Capital in 2022 and is Portfolio Manager for the Tura Capital Global Small & Mid Cap Fund.

Brad has more than 23 years investment experience and prior to joining Tura Capital spent over 20 years at Macquarie Group, including 15 years as a Portfolio Manager. Brad managed equity portfolios for retail and institutional investors across multiple small and mid-cap strategies. He also led Macquarie Asset Management’s fundamental research and company engagement program for its $30bn+ in Australian equities under management.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Economics) and is a CFA Charter holder.
