Brad Partridge

Portfolio Manager

Brad joined Tura Capital in 2022 and is Portfolio Manager for the Tura Capital Global Small & Mid Cap Fund.

Brad has more than 23 years investment experience and prior to joining Tura Capital spent over 20 years at Macquarie Group, including 15 years as a Portfolio Manager. Brad managed equity portfolios for retail and institutional investors across multiple small and mid-cap strategies. He also led Macquarie Asset Management’s fundamental research and company engagement program for its $30bn+ in Australian equities under management.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Business (Finance and Economics) and is a CFA Charter holder.

Oliver Attwater

Portfolio Manager

Oliver joined Tura Capital in 2024 and is Portfolio Manager for the Tura Capital Global Small & Mid Cap Fund.

Oliver has more than 13 years investment experience and prior to joining Tura Capital spent 3 years as a global equities Portfolio Manager at Robeco, based in Rotterdam, where he was jointly responsible for 8.4bn EUR.

Prior to Robeco, Oliver spent 10 years at British Airways Pension Investment Management Limited as a Portfolio Manager and Head of US Equities, based in London.

Oliver holds a Bachelor of Science (Honours) and is a CFA Charter holder.

Andrew Fincher

Senior Investment Analyst

Andrew joined Tura Capital in 2023 as Senior Investment Analyst and is responsible for investment research of global small and mid-cap companies. Andrew has over 17 years of global investment experience across multiple countries, industries, investment products and markets.

Prior to joining Tura Capital, Andrew was an Investment Analyst at Magellan Financial Group. Previously, Andrew spent over 14 years with global investment bank J.P. Morgan, including 4 years in European Equity Research based in London, and 5 years in Global Equity Research Sales, based in New York.

Andrew holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce (Corporate Finance).

James Macdonald

Investment Analyst

James joined Tura Capital in 2023 as an Investment Analyst and is responsible for investment research of global small and mid-cap companies. James has over 5 years of global investment experience.

Prior to joining Tura Capital, James spent over 4 years as an Investment Analyst at Magellan Financial Group, researching Financial companies for the Global Equity strategies and conducting global macro research for the Global Equity and Infrastructure strategies. Previously, James commenced his career as a Graduate at AMP Capital in Sydney.

James holds a Bachelor of Economics (First Class Honours).

Domenico Giuliano

Non-Executive Chair of the Investment Committee

Domenico has over 23 years experience in investment-related roles.

Most recently, Domenico held a variety of roles over 16 years at Magellan Financial Group, including Deputy Chief Investment Officer, Head of ESG, Portfolio Manager of a Global ESG strategy, Head of Financial Services coverage and investment analyst. He was a member of Magellan’s Investment Committee for most of the 16 years. Prior to Magellan, he was an Executive Director at Morgan Stanley, leading the research coverage of insurers across the Asia Pacific.

Domenico began his career in the actuarial field, including as an actuarial consultant over a wide span of engagements for Tillinghast-Towers Perrin in their Australian and Milan offices.

Domenico has a Bachelor of Economics (majoring in Actuarial Studies), has an Executive MBA from the AGSM and is a fellow of the Institute of Actuaries of Australia.

Jamie Nicol

Investment Committee Member

Jamie has over 30 years experience in the funds management industry and is one of the founding partners of DNR Capital.

He is the Chief Investment Officer at DNR Capital and a member of the Global Investment Committee for Tura Capital.

Prior to establishing DNR Capital, Jamie held senior roles in company research and analysis for two major stockbroking firms, as well as for Westpac Mergers and Acquisitions (Australia and South Pacific). He commenced his career at PriceWaterhouseCoopers (formerly Coopers & Lybrand), in the areas of audit and tax.

Jamie has a Bachelor of Business – Accounting (Distinction), a Bachelor of Economics and is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Chartered Accountants.

Tom Glynn

Head of Wholesale Distribution

Tom has over 16 years of experience in the funds management industry. He is responsible for managing the sales, marketing and client service functions for the wholesale relationships.

Tom has extensive experience in the Australian financial services industry having worked in asset management, superannuation and financial planning.

Prior to joining the team, Tom was a Portfolio Analyst with MAP Funds Management, contributing to the investment team by conducting manager research and analysis and assisting with portfolio risk analytics.

Tom has completed a Bachelor of Business, Masters of Applied Finance, Advanced Management Program and is a Certified Investment Management Analyst (CIMA) and a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Rob Coates

Regional Manager – NSW, QLD, ACT and NT

Rob has eight years of experience in the financial services industry. He is the Regional Distribution Manager for the Northern Region, looking after New South Wales, Queensland, Australian Capital Territory and Northern Territory.

Prior to joining the team, Rob was a Business Development Manager at Pengana Capital distributing a wide range of investment strategies across multiple asset classes in NSW and QLD. He was also an Investment Consultant at Colonial First State assisting clients with investment, superannuation and pension solutions.

Rob has a Bachelor in Commerce – Marketing, and Masters in Finance from Macquarie University.

Nick Argyriou

Regional Manager – VIC, SA and WA

Nick has over 25 years of experience in the funds management industry and joined the team as a Regional Manager for the southern region. He is responsible for managing client investment relationships in Victoria, South Australia and Western Australia.

Prior to joining the team, Nick was a Senior Manager with BT Financial Group. He has previously held senior management positions with some of Australia’s leading financial services companies including NAB and MLC, where he managed business development teams distributing a wide range of investment strategies and asset classes.

Nick has completed a Diploma of Financial Planning, and a Diploma in Programming Technology.
